Name: PVC series honeycomb

Application: PVC series honeycomb include two kinds of product: through-hole honeycomb panels and polyester non-woven honeycomb panels. Through-hole honeycomb panels are mainly used in activated carbon air purifiers, display cabinets air conditioning flow (air curtain), and so on. Polyester non-woven honeycomb panels are mainly used for composite plates, furniture, kitchen countertops pad, composite waterproof and moisture-proof board, sound-absorbing acoustic panels, etc.

Usage:
1. Air filter: Put activated carbon filter material into hexagonal honeycomb holes, seal with cloth, it can be made into air filter.
2. Composite sheet: Affix panels of different materials on the upper and lower surfaces of the honeycomb panels with different thickness, we can produce honeycomb composite boards for a variety of purposes.
3. Sound-absorbing, sound insulation: If affix honeycomb panels with the small hole aluminum plate in front surface of it, non-woven to the back of it, we can form a hollow sound absorption and sound insulation board.

PVC honeycomb has characteristics of lightweight, pressure resistance, high specific strength, water-resistant, moisture-proof, heat insulation, and sound absorption. Obvious cost-effective price is about 30% lower than similar products.
